DESCRIPTIVE VIOLENCE/HORROR: I'm usually comfortable writing at canon levels. While there are specific warnings (see below), I appreciate a heads up all the time, so I can follow my routine(s) so it doesn't become nightmare fuel. That is my general concern with horror/gore. Where we write it can be safe, my nightmares extremely less so.
EXPLICIT SEX: Generally no. Once I have gotten to know & trust a writer, if it is plot/character development related, I will consider it.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Its hardware is a housing, not strictly 'it.' However, since its housing is its greatest vulnerability for damage beyond repair, it's always monitors for threats, etc. It also still needs to learn about cultural norms and is more open to receiving/witnessing or being somewhat involved in the emotional situation.

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Unless Murderbot 2.0 has control over something better in a fight than, say, a drone or console... that isn't going to go well for it. If it does, that may not go well for you. It has a strong sense of purpose and may sacrifice itself to save someone (and lose memories since its last backup). Since it can affect interactivity/memories, it needs to be plotted.

PSYCHIC ABILITIES: It's killware created by a SecUnit and an incredibly powerful ship AI. It's meant to shred through any technological systems it can reach. Yes, there can be hacking/counter hacking, but unless the other side is killware, it will probably hurt more than it is hurt. It's also more intelligent than most killware due to its origins.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: There's hardware repair, and there's software issues—memories & code. Physically, worst case is it loses a copy of itself and some memories. Repairs may need to happen. It's hard to infect its code, but it can look through anything else's codes to analyze it and tag. You may prefer something that isn't killware to do surgical code removal. In a pinch, it could try. It has no organic parts unless it occupies some kind of construct.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Like its named predecessor: Excellent threat assessment. Wonky risk assessment. It has no qualms with murdering harmful/dangerous software. Unless you want killware mad at you, do not delete its media. Unless you want killware to make it its life mission to murder you and anyone who helps you, do not delete or steal its 1.0 memories.

Overall, it lacks some of the baggage due since it isn't literally Murderbot 1.0's clone; it's modified. It has experienced such a small slice of the universe, this list is likely to grow/change.
